We BT-AUTO, one of the professional auto LED headlight manufacturers who has more than 12 years experiences, participated Alibaba Super September Competition in this September. In order to encourage our salesman to learn and compete with other excellent companies, we set many prizes, and surely set related rules for the prizes too.
Now let me introduce blessing things in the attached picture first.
As you can see, there was the barley, its Chinese pronunciation means “Big Sale” in English. Most companies would buy barley for good wish before competition or new business starting. And there were also oranges and bananas, the combination of their Chinese pronunciation means ”Deal”. A big drum normally is a must for sales team! we prepared a drum, not very big, the sales manager Johnson would play the drum if someone achieved a goal for the prizes.
Except those blessing products things, others were the prizes. Most of our prizes were comestics, because most of our salesmen were female, but don’t worry, there were also snacks, drinks(coffee, tea), electric fan, electric cooker, backpack, handbag and so on. As you can see there was 1 shelf for the prizes, and another shelf for the golden eggs. There were small and big eggs, and which prize you can get depends on the note inside the egg.
How to get prizes?
Here we came to the rule for prize, that’s: once anyone deal a new order, he/she would have a chance to knock egg and choose prize. Easy rule! Just deal new orders, the more you deal new orders, the more prizes you can get.
On 6th Sept., we got 2 new orders, 1 from Jenny, and other from Lann. They were waiting Johnson’s drumming, then knocked eggs and chose prizes.
The first order was the one that Jenny dealed in $5816.3, so she won the opportunity to knock a small egg and choose the prize. Everyone was curious about what prize she would get. And finally Jenny’s prize was: a cup of milk tea for all BT-AUTO family members. Thanks Jenny!
The next was the order that Lann dealed in $6791.25, and Lann got change to knock a small egg too, then choose prizes.
Guess what prize Lann got? She was so excited, think the prize must be very attractive!
It’s ￥100 cash! Wow, congratulations to her!
It’s really interesting, everyone was eager to knock eggs and choose prizes, and all BT-AUTO members were passionate during the competition, the team’s atmosphere were full of youth and vitality.
